济南方德利模具有限公司成立于1992年，专长于铸造模具的设计与制造。公司位于济南高新区，占地面积20000平方米，建筑面积12000平方米，加工设备30多台，其中数控机床10台，员工80人，其中工程师18人。我们致力于设计并生产高质量的金属模具，材质可以是铸铝、铸铁、铸铜、钢，同时也可以生产木模、塑料模。我们擅长生产树脂自硬砂生产线用的模具，各种湿型砂生产线用的模具，各种制芯机所需的热芯盒、冷芯盒，有色金属铸造用的低压铸造模具、重力铸造模具，精密铸造用的蜡模模具，消失模铸造用的模具。我们能够为客户提供大批量生产用的组芯夹具、下芯夹具，同时也为客户提供手工造型用的漏模机、顶箱机、双面模板、脱落砂箱、各种芯盒。

关注客户铸造生产的全过程是我公司经营上的特色。我公司拥有经验丰富的专业工程师队伍，其中有八位工程师是多年从事铸造工艺设计的，这使得我们能够承包包括铸造工艺设计、模具设计、模具制造、样件试制的全过程。为了使客户的样件一次验收合格，我们的工程师经常在模具制造前访问客户的工厂，现场考察客户的铸造生产和设备的特征，以便向客户提供有针对性的方案和建议。在模具的安装和使用过程中，我们的专业技术和客户服务队伍继续为客户提供技术支持和检修服务。现场和售后服务一直是本公司极其关注的工作内容。

Founded in 1992, Jinan Foundry Pattern Co., Ltd. specializes in designing and making foundry pattern. With our shop of 12000 ㎡, 10 series of NC machinery, and a stuff of 80, we have been striving in designing and making high-quality metal pattern made of cast aluminum alloy, cast iron, cast copper alloy and steel, as well as wood pattern and plastic pattern. We are outstanding in making foundry pattern for molding line of self-solid resin sand, pattern for molding line of green sand, hot and cold core box for various core shooter, core-setting jig and core positioner in large-batch production. We also excel in making pattern and core box for manual molding operation.

In order to guarantee our client’s first sample to be accepted, our engineers often visit the client’s plant before we start to make the pattern. We work in this way to have a better understanding of our client’s casting process and equipment ahead, and present pertinent proposal and suggestion accordingly.
